CAROUSEL is a hybrid literary & arts magazine. We are interested in representing both new and established artists, with a specific focus on positioning Canadian talent within an international context. The magazine may be seen as a place for creative cross-pollination between global and Canadian creators.
The 4PANEL experimental comics feature appears in print in each new issue of CAROUSEL (it debuted in #28); it's a space where a range of talented artists creatively explore the four-panel comics format in a formal and/or literary context.
